What are the add-ons that passengers can remove if they don’t want it?
Cebu Pacific has these special offerings available during flight booking, or even after booking via the “Manage Booking” tab when you are login to their website.
As a passenger, you can avail of “add-ons” or if you prefer you can also skip them by removing the options for: pre-ordered meals, prepaid baggage for check-in, travel insurance, pre-selected seats, service car/hotels.
Free 7 kilos of hand carry baggage allowance. Your laptop bag with a laptop inside is EXCLUDED from the 7 kilos limit. So you can bring your laptop in a separate bag + a small shoulder bag + small bag/suitcase (7 kilos or less).
Laptops are not allowed for check-in.
Photography gears like Tripod and Monopod are not allowed for hand-carry.

Can I change name in Cebu Pacific promo tickets?
As a general rule, you can’t change name. But there are exemptions, example: a woman passenger who booked her Single or Maiden Name, then when the flight day comes she is already married, this passenger can request Cebu Pacific CSR to update her name on the ticket from maiden to married name. No fees involve. **Marriage certificate needs to be emailed to Cebu Pacific.
Or there are simple spelling corrections, like during booking you listed a passenger name as “Ma.” Yet on the passport the correct spelling is “Maria”. In this example, you can call the Cebu Pacific hotline number and request for a correction of the name at NO CHARGE. You will be given further instruction, just be ready to email a copy of your birth certificate as evidence that the correct spelling is the spelled-out name like “Maria” instead of “Ma.”.
