The Red Hot Sale of Air Asia is coming! Prepare travel dates for next year as this may be the official travel period for this seat sale.

You can pay for Air Asia promo tickets even without credit cards. You can use Dragon pay with your online banking access or you can choose to pay using payment partner centers like Cebuana Lhuillier, SM store, select 7-11 branches, EC pay. In the Philippines, only Dragon Pay payments are free of any transaction fees. The rest of the options including credit card payment have an additional transaction fee per passenger per itinerary.

*You need to enroll DragonPay to your internet banking account first before you can choose this option at the payment page of Air Asia promo booking.

It is still unsure if this is going to be a red-hot piso sale or free seats offer for Philippine passengers or another type of ticket discount. What we do know right now is that Air Asia Malaysia is offering free seats to passengers mostly for domestic travel within Malaysia and to select international travel from Malaysia to nearby Asian cities. For Air Asia Zest in the Philippines, we will know for sure once the official booking period starts which is September 4 at 12:01 AM for BIG members.

REMEMBER THE PROMOS ARE ALWAYS LIMITED SEATS. First come, first serve basis. It is always rewarding to be first on the online queue when booking officially starts for everybody.

SHARING ON AIR ASIA BAGGAGE FEES

We are sharing about baggage rate because Air Asia implements different fees depending on when you add prepaid baggage allowance to your booking. This is NOT relevant to you if you will just have one bag for hand carry that is within the 7 kilos free limit.

As you book a ticket you can already add a 15 kg of prepaid baggage, this will cost you only PHP 250.

Adding prepaid baggage to a previously confirmed ticket booking, the price of 15 kg becomes PHP 288.

At the airport counter when you check-in for your flight and you need to add check-in baggage, the cost of 15 kg baggage is now PHP 800. Plus, if you exceed the 15 kg, the price per kilo will become P360. Ouch!

When is it cheapest to buy baggage allowance? At the time you book your ticket when we are talking about Air Asia.
